Tacos are okay, it was good but not as amazing as the Love the vibes and the staff were friendly. “ Starting off the day with lots of hearty healthy wraps and sandwiches (and a blueberry bowl to even it out) VAST is a surf and catering shop bringing surf culture straight from the coast into the middle of Taipei City. Inside you're immediately hit with an appreciation for craftsmanship and a beach town lifestyle- handcrafted wooden tables, dried flowers, homemade jars of snacks, fresh fruits, and avocados! You can easily grab–and–go the many quick meals or enjoy their dishes in their naturally lit foyer. Even though I rarely eat huge breakfasts, we ordered an avocado toast, chicken tacos, grilled sandwhich, and chicken pita. I would usually need a nap after all that but felt energized from the organic, healthily-cooked foods as well as the general atmosphere of the place. My favorite was their Westsider Wich-Wich which was wonderful. The yoghurt marinade is I also loved their chicken tacos. The corn tortillas are topped with an overflowing amount of meat and flavor! “ We love coming here! the food is guilt free and delicious. Portions run alittle small for the size but it’s hard to find a place that has this kind of food in taipei! Highly recommend this for healthy bite or someone who wants a sweet snack. ”

“ It is a great great hide out restaurant that it doesnt have the usual crowd one would've expected in the east area of Taipei. They serve small and big bites, greens, bread, desserts, drinks, etc, and all come with certain health connotations. My favorite is the muscle beach set, which is actually more for girls with small appetite, but rest assured that you can get loads and loads of good nutrition in one dish! This place is self service, and thus no service charges. They also provide lemon water that you can help yourself with. Best part is there's no limit on dining hours, which is great for long chats. I like the woody feeling of this place though it sells mostly surfing and green food, it still has the Zen style nicely presented. ”
